CFA has such an arrangement.
Types of reports
- FIRE INCIDENT SUMMARY REPORT - $50
This is a one page summary of the full incident report. This report does not give a lot of detail however it more acts like a confirmation of fire.
- FIRE INCIDENT FULL REPORT - $70
This is a print out of all the information that the attending brigade were able to determine in relation to this fire. It provides more information around cause of fire (as much as the attending brigade were able to determine) than the one page summary.
- FIRE INVESTIGATION REPORT - $80
The Fire Investigation Report is a comprehensive report outlining the investigation into the origin and cause of fire. The report is completed by a CFA Fire Investigator. This type of report is not conducted and/or available on every single incident the CFA attend.
