EPAS is a free home visit service being piloted in some parts of the State.
It is targeted to people who need extra support to plan for fire and other emergencies because they:
- have a significant or permanent disability
- are older and may live alone
- and who require support to remain living independently at home
You don't need to live in a bushfire risk area to receive this service. It is available whether you live in a suburb, a town, in the middle of the bush or on a farm (big or small).
EPAS uses person-centred conversations to help develop a plan that meets the needs of each person. Please fill in the form below to refer yourself or a client.
Please read our EPAS Data Collection Statement (DOCX 51.6KB) before you proceed.
CFA will respond within 5 business days. Please note that during a busy fire season or other large-scale disaster the delivery of this service may not be possible.
